What to Expect During Your Session

New to Red Light Therapy? Here's what you can expect during your visit at Restore:

When you arrive, you’ll complete a brief waiver and be shown to a private room dedicated to Red Light Therapy. The session itself is painless and lasts about 10 minutes.

To get the most benefit, clients typically remove their shirt or wear a robe to expose more skin to the light. Once you're ready, our staff will activate the device and then step out to give you privacy. You'll feel a gentle warmth from the red and near-infrared lights.

You can wear sunglasses if preferred, or simply relax, close your eyes, and enjoy the calming glow. Most clients find the experience deeply soothing—like a warm, energizing reset for the body and mind.
